Trademarkabilities is an amazing course especially for attorneys who have little to no experience practicing trademark law. Even if you take a lot of trademark or Intellectual Property classes in law school, this course is a great supplement to teach you how to be a trademark attorney and put what you learn in law school into practice. Stacey does an excellent job at thoroughly explaining how to attack many issues you can encounter as a trademark attorney, but she also does it in a way that is very easy to understand. Stacey is also so helpful if you do have questions on the course material. I would highly recommend this course to any new attorney wanting to expand their trademark knowledge and wanting something to give them some extra confidence in counseling clients as a new attorney.
